Comment: Bridge construction on Route 11 at the south end of Springfield Village has the eastbound lane closed. Westbound traffic will be maintained on VT 11 bridge #64 using phased construction. Eastbound vehicles under 12 tons will be detouored on local streets while heavier vehicles will be directed to use a signed detour via Route 11 west to Chester and Route 103 to Rockingham. Speed limit is reduced to 25 MPH through the work zone.
